The researcher believes that the difference between the two groups is the amount of phytoestrogens consuming in the diet. These substances, which are found in plants, act a lot like estrogen when they get into the human body. Although these phytoestrogens are much, much weaker than regular estrogens, they may help to ease the symptoms of the menopausal period for many women. The benefits of phytoestrogens are, bone protective, cardio protective, antioxidants, and cancer prevention.
