Aim & Objectives: diabetic patients. with type 2 diabetes mellitus in INDEX MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, from June 2018 to July 2019.The study group comprised of males and females of age group 35 to 75 years. were divided into 3 groups according to HbA1 control) group 2, HbA1c levels between 6.5% to 8.5%(poor control) & group 3 HbA1c levels >8.5% (worst control).
